leader. Empowering the inner leader to emerge requires considerable time and effort. We plan to
provide the basic foundational skills a leader needs to thrive. We will leverage multiple readily accessible training avenues, with a focus on sharing our own authentic experiences. Creating Leaders is a journey and we will help you start early

The STEM education program is a mentorship initiative for the STEM curriculum. The choices for
specialized training and vocations are limitless and confusing. We aspire to engage in an honest dialogue to help kids unearth their true passion. We will start with math and science focused subjects, and have the capacity to gradually migrate to subjects like Economics, Architecture, Fashion Design,
Entrepreneurship, etc.

360-degree development is a category specializing in developing important life skills apart from pure
academic ones. We believe that focusing on the whole person generates better academic results over
the long run. Being well versed in the essential skills in life – mental, physical, psychological, and
economic – provides the necessary confidence to do well in and beyond school.

Open dialogue with accomplished professionals who are willing to guide the youth. We will facilitate an
open discussion for highschoolers with industry veterans on the evolving landscape. We believe that
previous generations can influence the destiny of the next gen simply by sharing their time. Multiple
volunteers have committed to share their career journey and advice.
